It has been a long winter, but the time has come...The trails are OPEN! Please read each town report for any temporary closures or active work being done. If you have any concerns or problems please contact us on FB or you can email [email protected] or [email protected].

No Dirtbikes

Starting in 2026, dirt bikes are no longer allowed on any Hancock Lumber Property. This means all trails in Otisfield, Casco and Naples are off limits to dirt bikes or any kind of motorcycle.

Bridgton Trails

Trails are: Partially Open

Trails are open with the exception of Cole Road and Bear Trap Loop. Please stay off those trails until further notice!

Casco Trails

No Dirtbikes

Trails are: Open!

Casco trails are Open! Please use EXTREME caution on the powerlines as there is a bad washout that needs attention. Also there is workers on the powerlines completing work, please be respectful of the machines.

Naples Trails

Otisfield Trails

There is an active logging operation on Oak Hill Trail. Please use EXTREME caution on that trail, watch for machinery and wait for them to wave you by. Otisfield Park and Ride is open. When leaving the park and ride you can only go LEFT out of the park and ride to get to the Pipeline. You can NOT go RIGHT, its is NOT open!
